1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may qualify for a refund if:
✅ Service Not Rendered: We couldn’t complete the installation due to unforeseen issues (e.g., technical incompatibility).
✅ Cancellation: You canceled at least 24 hours before your appointment.
✅ Service Error: Our technician made a mistake (verified by our team).

Non-Refundable Situations:
❌ Change of Mind: After service completion.
❌ Customer-Provided Equipment Issues: If your own devices are faulty/incompatible.
❌ No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice.


2. How to Request a Refund
